Villas at Serenity Point offer spacious accommodations, unbelievable views of the Pacific Ocean, sand at your feet, amazing gardens and the perfect location next to Crocs Casino. This choice is sure to exceed your expectations.
The entire property offers total privacy for your group only, and features four separate unique villas, each with its own charm… The four Villas at Serenity Point offer your group a little privacy and separation, as well as common areas where everyone can get together.
Villa #1 is two-stories with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The top floor hosts the “Master Suite” for the entire property. This suite is over 800 sq2 feet and offers a private bathroom, kitchenette, beachfront balcony. The ground floor hosts 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a small lounge area.
Villa #2 is two-stories. On the second floor there are two-bedrooms and one full-bathroom with a large balcony. On the first floor there is the main kitchen and dining room, along with a one bedroom and a full bathroom.
Villa #3 is one story and includes 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a kitchenette with bar, and a lounge area with a ping pong table. Bedrooms 7 and 8 have a king size bed and private en-suite bathroom.
Villa #4 consists of 4 more bedrooms (each with 1 queen size bed) and 2 Jack & Jill style bathrooms. There is no common area , but everything is close by!
Serenity Point also includes a private party room / game room, an outdoor covered patio/rancho, a large beachfront swimming pool, and huge outdoor area ideal for weddings or private events
